History
In 1947 Orison Worship first opened our doors First Pentecostal Church of God under the Pastoral care of Alvin and Lola Johnson with four members. At that time Army barracks were used as the worship center until our permanent building was erected. Since that time our physical appearance has changed and grown but our spiritual beliefs have remained faithful to sound scriptural teachings,
Keeping
the Faith
Orison Worship has a rich heritage in the Pentecostal Church of God organization. While we continue to follow Biblical teachings and the tenants of faith, we understand that Christianity is a spiritual journey that although we walk together, we advance at different rates. Therefore just as Jesus had taught us, All are welcomed.

Community
As stated in Proverbs 27:17 Iron sharpeneth iron; So a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend. It is imperative that as Christians we uplift each other in a loving biblical way. Allowing us to deepen our relationship with God and with our community.
